Project scope 
- Undertake TSM client/server design and installation 
- Undertake disaster recovery planning and implementation 
- Perform testing relating to the SAN 
- Storage management design and capacity planning for TSM 
- Create TSM design templates 
- Conduct TSM training for permanent employees 
- Consolidate the TSM server environment and migrate TSM servers from Windows server to AIX partition using multiple instances
